His experience covers overall project management, senior stakeholder engagement, development of delivery strategies aligned to programme, affordability, and quality, and ongoing performance monitoring through established KPIs. He’s also experienced in shaping completion strategies that support successful handover and long-term outcomes.
Mike’s approach is built on clear project strategy, widely communicated across stakeholders, and grounded in long-term relationships, high-performing teams, and delivery against stretched targets.
