“Build It in a Day” Workshop Brings Project Team Together on Life Sciences Scheme

Construction leadership consultants Strategus Consulting delivered a collaborative “Build It in a Day” workshop for Dowds Group, alongside their client, in support of a prestigious London life sciences project.

The focused one-day session brought together the full project team to align on the priorities that matter most to successful delivery. The workshop created a structured environment for open dialogue, shared ownership, and genuine collaboration across organisations and disciplines.
