together beautifully, where we are delivering Project Director services to
Procom Group company, KeyTask Management.
📈 Workshops for BAM Western Region: We hosted several #PerfectDelivery
workshops as part of BAM Western Region’s annual Operational Forums for
2025, themed “Doing the Basics Brilliantly.” These workshops fostered
crucial discussions on operational excellence.
🔥 Business Planning Workshop continue with new client: We held another
fantastic Business Planning workshop with Essex Climate Services. It’s
exciting to witness their journey as they take chiller and AC projects from
concept to aftercare, including service and maintenance.
🌟 Festival of Entrepreneurs: Strategus Consulting had the pleasure of exhibiting
and presenting at the recent Festival of Entrepreneurs. It was inspiring to
connect with numerous founders and aspiring entrepreneurs. A big
congratulations to Alex Chisnall, James Ashwood, and Benjamin Thomas for
organising such a brilliant event.
