Construction leadership consultants Strategus Consulting has delivered another successful Business Planning workshop with the team at Essex Climate Services, helping the business sharpen its strategic priorities for the year ahead.
The session included a structured SWOT analysis and facilitated discussion focused on the organisation’s key challenges and the development of a clear action plan for 2026.
The workshop was led by Strategus Consulting as part of its ongoing support to Essex Thermal Group’s leadership teams looking to translate strategy into practical, measurable plans.
